Professional Philosophy

I believe in hard work and excellent client representation. I strive to make the Real Estate transaction a pleasant experience for all of the parties involved. I am committed to practicing Socially Responsible Real Estate. Many people will say, "What is that?" A simple definition is this: The principle that companies and individuals should contribute to the welfare of society and not be solely devoted to maximizing profits or individual gain.

My desire is to share my knowledge and expertise to communicate, advise, and guide you on all aspects of the selling and buying process. My integrity, commitment, and experience will confirm for you that you have chosen the right real estate professional. Meeting my clients' goals is my goal. I am determined that my clients and their families are my friends and clients for life.

Beth is presently a member of:

  • National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)
  • California Association of REALTORS® (CAR)
  • Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® (SILVAR)
  • RE-Infolink Multiple listing service and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)

All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting Real Estate.

Personal Background

I have lived in the South Los Altos neighborhood nearly my entire life. I grew up in a home near Oak Elementary School. I moved to San Diego to attend college and then moved back to the Bay Area to begin my professional career. After briefly living in San Jose (and buying, remodeling and selling two homes in two years!) I moved back to my old neighborhood to raise my family. My home is literally around the corner from the house in which I grew up and my parents still live.

I have three young sons, Kyle, Grant, and Gavin. I am thrilled that my children will have the opportunity to attend the same schools that I attended as a child. I am passionate about this area and share my passion for all that it has to offer to everyone I meet! We have a loving labradoodle (part Labrador, part Poodle) named Nicci. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, golf, tennis, and hiking. I have recently participated in several relay triathlons and look forward to the next one!
